The function of the Personnel Division is to enable the Session to fulfill its responsibility for the employed church staff and to work in cooperation with the Northeast Georgia Presbytery. The day to day operations of the church staff is under the supervision of the Head of Staff, and the Head of Staff is accountable to the Session and to the Northeast Georgia Presbytery.

 Propose staff compensation adjustments annually.

 Recommend personnel policies to the Session.

 Update or create job descriptions on a regular basis.

 Evaluate church staff annually.

 Recommend to the Session, in consultation with Head of Staff, the hiring of new employees or the creation of new positions.
