Session Divisions...

What are the different Session divisions of First Presbyterian Church of Athens?

Due to vast number and wide variety of responsibilities of the church Session of First Presbyterian Church, thirteen (13) divisions have been formed with each having a specific set of responsibilities. Each division is chaired by an Elder on the Session and is composed of other Session members, staff, and members of the congregation. All Elders who are currently Session members, serve on no less than one committee and, as all members, are encouraged to participate in all the activities of the church.
