Gordon has served as a Deacon at First Presbyterian Church in Carrollton, Georgia, and as an Elder at Covenant Presbyterian Church in Athens. He served on a number of committees at Covenant Presbyterian Church, and was involved in the Capital Campaign at First Presbyterian. He is the former director of Alumni Relations at The University of Georgia, and is the retired Vice-President of Alumni Holidays, Inc.

Jeff has served as an Usher at First Presbyterian Church for several years, and is an active member of the Homebuilders Church School Class. He is a certified Financial Planner and a Senior Advisor for the Cobb Financial Group.

Lary is serving on the Associate Pastor Search Committee. He has been a teacher for the Homebuilders Class for the past two and a half years. At Palms Presbyterian Church in Jacksonville Beach, Florida he served as an Elder, served on the Associate Pastor Search Committee, and was Chair of the Long Range Planning Committee. He is the Vice President of Athens Regional Medical Center.

DeDe is currently serving on the Worship Division as the Sanctuary Committe Chair, and is the December Flower Committee Co-Chair. She is a past member of the Women's Bible Class, and is an active member of Circle 1 of the Presbyterian Women. At Central Presbyterian Church in Athens, she was a Vacation Bible School teacher and coordinator, a Circle Chair, and the President of Presbyterian Women. She is the Annual Fund Coordinator for Athens Academy.

Bobby has served as a Deacon and an Elder, as well as the Church Treasurer at First Presbyterian. He has served on the Finance and Outreach Divisions and as the Chair of the Stewardship Division. He is a co-coordinator of the Inquirers Class and is President of First American Bank and Trust Company.

Larry has served as the Church Treasurer and as a Deacon at First Presbyterian Church. He has served the Finance Division and is a co-coordinator of the Inquirers Class. He is the Executive Director of the Institute of Continuing Legal Education in Georgia, a unit of the University of Georgia School of Law.

Denise is currently serving on the Mission Study Task Force, the DCE Search Commitee, and the Nurture Division. She serves on the January Flower Committee and is Chair of the May Flower Committee. She has served as both teacher and as co-director of Vacation Bible School. She currently teaches Church School for children and youth. She has been a member of the Community Bible Study in Athnes since it started in 1999. She is an RN at the Cardiac Cath Lab at Athens Regional Medical Center.

Margaret is currently serving on the Outreach and Congregational Care Divisions, and is a member of the Pastoral Response Team. She is a member of the Inquirers Class and has served as the Moderator, Recording Secretary, and Circle Chair of the Presbyterian Women. She also helps prepare food for the Wednesday-at-First Dinners and is a Volunteer at Our Daily Bread. She is a homemaker.

Susan is an Usher and was a member of the Long Range Planning Committee. She has served on the Stewardship Division and as a Neighborhood Group Leader. She is currently a rotating teacher of the Hooper Bible Class. She has also taught Church School for 5 year-olds and has served as a Vacation Bible School teacher. She works as a Public Relations / Fund Development Consultant and is the former Executive Director of the Young Women's Christian Organization (YWCO) of Athens.

Nancy previously served as an Elder, as Chair of the Nurture Division, and as a member of both the Personnel Division, and the New Van Fundraising Committe at First Presbyterian. She has served as the Recording Secretary for the Presbyterian Women. She taught Church School for children and youth for many years. For the NE Georgia Presbytery, she served on the Sabbatical Policy Committee, the Reconciliation Team, and as a member and chair of an Administrative Commission. She is the NE Georgia P-16 Coordinator for the University of Georgia's College of Education.
