Our wedding application form will provide the basic information the church needs to prepare for your wedding. For your convenience, we've formatted it so that it can be filled out online, printed and then mailed or faxed to us upon completion. Please fill it out as completely as possible, initial and sign it in the appropriate places, and return it to our Wedding Coordinator.

The printable version of the wedding application is formatted in Adobe Acrobat Reader. You must first have this program installed on your computer before you can read it or print it. If you do not have this program, you can receive a free copy at http://www.adobe.com. Complete installation instructions and system requirements are available on the Adobe site.

The dates and times of your wedding and rehearsal will need approval by the church. We have a policy that church members have a priority with a date up to nine months before the wedding. The wedding rehearsal is usually scheduled the day before the wedding and should start no later than 6:30 p.m. Ordinarily no wedding will be scheduled on Sunday or Holy Days, such as Easter weekend, Christmas Day, or Christmas Eve.

The sanctuary, church garden and Youth Building chapel are available for weddings, depending upon the number of guests invited.
